Process
The personalized process will support you through every phase of the level of designer involvement you chose. Stacey provides support in executing specific details to implement innovative ideas and/or designs, ensuring every aspect is how you envision it, and whatever package level fits your needs and budget.
Completion
The finished project is your one-of-a-kind dream home. At S.L. RAMSEY, pride is taken in the quality of your completed space. By blending our signature style with a strong sense of your personal aesthetic, the end result is a turnkey dwelling that feels wholeheartedly like home.

Package 1
Minimal Designer involvement
$3000
Investment of $3000 per space/zone. Includes discovery, design development and schematic/representational drawings. Drawing set contains schematic floor plans and elevations that can be developed further by client’s selected contractors and/or cabinet manufacturers, or used for initial bidding or permitting purposes. Includes a virtual tour of the general design concept layout, and one render. Includes 1 Mood Board with art direction of finished work to be completed. Great return on value. Do you want a magazine “wow” design to either live, sell, or flip a home with a slim budget? Are you a Flipper or DIYer? This package is for you.
Package 2
MODEST DESIGNER INVOLVEMENT
$5000
Investment of $5000 per space/zone. Includes discovery, design development and detailed drawings that includes cabinet faces, drawer and cabinet detailing. Goal is to increase functionality of how your space will be used, and creating unique custom details that dovetail into your unique lifestyle. These drawings can be submitted to your selected contractor and/or cabinet manufacturer for construction sets. Includes virtual walkthrough and 3 renders to helps client fully visual space, general design concept and layout. Modest involvement from designer with a balance of design deliverables. Includes 1 Mood Board with direction of finish work to be completed
Package 3
FULL DESIGNER involvement
Have a designer walk you through your entire process. Designer facilitates key decision makings, and continual feedback on design selections. Includes discovery, design development, and detailed drawings that includes cabinet faces, drawer and cabinet front detailing & cabinet interiors. Functionality of how the space is used is implemented for optimal drawer and cabinet design and emphasizes efficient work flows. Drawing set contains detailed floorplans and elevations that are map deliverables to client selected contractors/cabinet manufacturers. Includes 1 Mood Board that can developed into a complete Design Board with shop links and brand name paint color stories. This package includes twice-monthly 1.5-hour shopping trips in the OKC metro area, where we’ll collaborate on selecting materials and fixtures. All chosen materials will be incorporated into the finished design board for a cohesive look. Additionally, during these sessions, we offer virtual walkthroughs and updated renderings to ensure the design continues to meet your expectations.

First Designer + Client Meeting. Discovery. Client’s design style discussed as well as goals for space and functionality. Purpose for future onboard of designer involvement packages; No design feedback given. Amount will be deducted from package total on event of hire.
CONSULTING

As much or as little designer involvement with top tier design advice, as-you-go. Can supplement to any above package. Virtual or in-person.

MEDIUM FIDELITY
$700
$700 per space. Includes 3 perspectives angles. Materials pre-selected and floorplan provided for designer to render. Medium fidelity render with physically based 3D quality. Excellent visuals that help clients or buyers envision the space, increasing the probability of sale.
RENDER
High Fidelity
$1000
$1000 per space. One perspective angle. Materials pre-selected and floorpan provided for designer to render. High Fidelity Render with photo-realism and beautiful light. Luxury seamless material textures and 3D objects imported to increase photo-realistic quality. Premium visuals that help high-end clientele envision the space, increasing probability of sales or construction investment pitch decks.
RENDER + DESIGN

$1000 per space. Existing or As-Built Floorplan provided to designer. Designer takes existing as-built and creates a schematic design and render showing beautiful and functional “possibilities.” Includes 3 perspective angles. Perfect for Real estate professionals to highlight the potential of any environment to buyers; OR Flippers who what a quick visual with design included.

Our mood board service is a curated visual representation of our united design vision and desired ambiance for your space. I meticulously select and arrange color suggestions, textures, furniture, and decor elements to convey the look and feel you aspire to achieve. This mood board serves as a valuable reference and a source of inspiration throughout the design process, helping you visualize and achieve the perfect atmosphere for your interior.
